SRL week 1 term 3

This week we have been learning to write chapter summaries. In our reading groups we have received a novel. In my group we must read a whole 3 chapters each week. My groups book is called... "The Gap." What I Learnt was: To make chapter summaries in my READING ACTIVITIES book. My next step is: To try notice when I make mistakes while reading. I like my book because it has dramatic adventures, and I get this "wow" picture In my mind. I also am wondering what is going to happen in chapter 4.

SRL Communication Skills

Here is the game me and Isabelle made. 

WALT learn about body language and be friendly to younger ones and formal to older ones.

 We have recently been learning about body language, be formal to older people and friendly.      

I learnt that your body language speaks more than your words. It is very interesting to learn about this because when I'm older I'm going to have to know this stuff.

Is to start being more friendly to my family because I get a bit aggressive with my brother and sister.

Maori Foods

As you might know,we have been learning Maori words that come under the category of FOOD. My next word I need to focus on is TIAKARETE. That is CHOCOLATE. I hope you enjoyed me sharing my learning with you.
